SCHEDULE
This schedule is specific to your child’s class - please read it carefully to know when your child is needed during show weekend.
All of the below will take place at Woldingham Girls’ School (CR3 7LR). Allow extra travel time, including the 2-mile drive that leads to the venue.
We cannot delay for late arrivals - being late may mean missing rehearsals or class photos.

7:30pm - 8:45pm - TECH REHEARSAL
This is a technical rehearsal for lighting and sound.
We cannot wait for late arrivals to begin the rehearsal.
Once dropped off, all performers will head to their dressing rooms where chaperones will be waiting.
What to pack (in one clearly named bag):
Food/snacks (we currently have no known food allergies in this dressing room)
Bottled water
Quiet activities (e.g. books, colouring, or devices at your own risk)
PLEASE ENSURE ALL APPS ON DEVICES ARE AGE APPROPRIATE
Belongings can be left in dressing rooms at your own risk. The building is secured overnight, but we are not liable for loss or damage.

11:45am - 12:00pm - DROP OFF WINDOW
Due to high volume, queues are likely as we sign in and escort performers to their dressing rooms. Thank you for your patience.
Please arrive on time with hair done and everything on your checklist (see below).
Once dropped off, all performers will head to their dressing rooms where chaperones will be waiting.
This day starts with class photos and a full run-through of the show with costumes, lighting and sound.
We cannot wait for late arrivals to begin the rehearsal. (Latecomers may also miss their scheduled class photo.)
What to pack (in one clearly named bag):
PLENTY of food/snacks (we currently have no known food allergies in this dressing room)
Non-messy items only (nothing that could stain costumes)
Bottled water
Quiet activities (e.g. books, colouring, or devices at your own risk).
Devices may be brought into the dressing rooms for quiet entertainment only and are entirely at your own risk.PERMITTED:
📚 Books, colouring and other quiet activities.
🎮 Age-appropriate games.
🎬 Downloaded films and TV programmes.
▶️ YouTube Kids only (please ensure the standard YouTube app is not used).
💬 WhatsApp only for communication with a parent or guardian if required.
NOT PERMITTED
❌ Social media apps, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, Threads, Discord, BeReal and similar platforms.
❌ The standard YouTube app.
❌ Taking photos or videos in the dressing rooms or backstage areas.
❌ Live streaming or sharing any content from the venue.
❌ Messaging friends or using group chats during the event.
SHOW STARTS: 6:15pm
SHOW ENDS: 9pm (Approx.)You will pick up your child from the stage at the end of the show.

CHECKLIST
If your child attends multiple classes please check each one carefully as they all differ.
CLOTHING
Your entire ‘early 90’s hip-hop’ costume:
Silhouette: oversized & baggy overall. Trousers must be baggy. Tops can be fitted or cropped. They do not have to be oversized but they may be if you prefer the look.
Colour scheme: denim, red, white and black.
Shoes & socks: White socks + white trainers (trainers can have tiny red/black accents but keep them mostly white).
Accessories (optional): belts, flannels/bandanas tied at the waist are fine but keep them within the colour palette.
HAIR / MAKE-UP ETC.
Hair - Half up, half down in any style as long as it’s neat / slicked back and most hair is off the face.
Clear hair bands or hair bands that blend with your own hair colour.
NO JEWELLERY - stud earrings only.
Natural or no make-up - no bright colours / keep it neutral (make up is not necessary for this age group but we will leave it to parent’s discretion)
