Every member of our team shares that same vision, creating a welcoming environment where every student is encouraged to be themselves and enjoy progress at their own pace.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Rachael Reynolds

Rachael founded the school in 2018 to create more than just a place to dance.

With over 15 years of teaching experience and a background in musical theatre, she is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where students of every ability feel included, supported and confident enough to be themselves.

The school has never been about exams or being the best. For Rachael, success is seeing students leave with smiles on their faces, memories they will carry with them for a lifetime and a little more belief in what they are capable of.

Alison Ansell

MEET THE TEAM

Alison is the person who keeps everything running smoothly, making sure every student and parent feels welcomed and looked after from the moment they arrive.

With over 25 years of experience working with children, she brings a calm, caring presence to the school - remembering every name and making everyone feel part of it.

Often known as the “dance school mum,” Alison is at the heart of everything we do, and her care and support play a huge part in what makes the school feel so special.

Melissa Veszi-Gawanas

MEET THE TEAM

Melissa brings a wealth of experience across musical theatre, dance and singing, with a professional background spanning both the UK and Canada.

Her teaching is focused and professional, with a strong emphasis on technique and understanding the fundamentals.

Alongside this, she supports and motivates her students, helping them build confidence, enjoy their training and take pride in their progress.

Molly Arnold

MEET THE TEAM

Trained in musical theatre, Molly brings a strong performance background into her teaching.

Her classes are full of energy, humour and plenty of laughter, while still maintaining a clear focus on developing technique and confidence.

Molly creates a supportive, no-pressure environment where every student can enjoy their training, grow in self-belief and feel proud of their progress.

Lucy Spurgin

MEET THE TEAM

Lucy grew up at the school as a student and now brings that same love for dance straight back into her classes as a teacher.

Specialising in street and lyrical, her sessions are fast-paced, high-energy and full of personality, with Lucy leading from the front and getting fully involved with her students.

She creates a lively, motivating atmosphere where students are encouraged to let go, work hard and really throw themselves into what they’re doing.

Jasmine Smith

MEET THE TEAM

Jasmine is a versatile dancer and teacher, trained from a young age across Commercial, Hip-Hop, Contemporary and Martial Arts. She brings energy, passion into every class, creating an environment where dancers can develop their confidence, build strong foundations and understand musicality, movement and performance on a deeper level.

Jasmine encourages dancers to find their individuality and have an amazing class experience. With her many years touring as part of an established Uk collective the ultimate aim is to not just learn the choreography, but own it.

Chloe Cutler

MEET THE TEAM

Chloe has been dancing with us for the past couple of years and now brings her warm, upbeat personality into class as a teacher.

A First Class Dance graduate, she has trained across a wide range of styles and loves creating choreography-led sessions that are fun, expressive and full of energy.

Chloe creates a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where students can build confidence, develop their individuality and feel completely comfortable expressing themselves through dance.

Mia Watmore

MEET THE TEAM

Mia works with our younger students, bringing a gentle, warm approach that helps them feel at ease from the moment they walk in.

With a background in performing arts, she creates calm, welcoming classes where children can explore, join in and enjoy their first steps in dance.

Her kind and reassuring nature makes her especially loved by our younger students, creating a space that feels safe, happy and full of imagination.

Sam Arnold

MEET THE TEAM

With a professional performing background that includes a career in the West End, Sam brings a wealth of experience, and plenty of stories, to the school.

Previously the owner of the school, Jump Theatre School, and Rachael’s dance teacher, she remains a very special part of its journey.

Often one of the first friendly faces you’ll see, Sam is always happy to chat, support and help out wherever she’s needed.

Sarah is always on hand to support classes, helping things run smoothly and stepping in wherever she’s needed.

A friendly and familiar face, she brings a relaxed, welcoming presence that helps students feel at ease.

As Rachael’s older sister, Sarah is a big part of the family behind the school.
